This wedding has been a long time coming… Brittany and Joey almost got married years ago, and found their way back to one another. They have such a sweet love story. We were so excited when Brittany and Joey asked us to photograph their destination wedding in Jamaica. We’re so blessed to have a career that takes us to such beautiful places, and that we get to photograph the sweetest people.

It was both me and Tanner’s first time leaving the country… or even flying!

We were a little nervous but so excited! So, we left the night before to go to Louisiana to fly out with Brittany and Joey, since they had flown before! I’ve known Brittany since we met through a photographer educator years ago. Since then, we became such good friends and I was blessed to get the opportunity to photograph such a special day for her and Joey!

Brittany and Joey had the perfect beachy boho wedding day…

We started out with some rain, but that didn’t get Brittany and Joey down. They were laid back and so much fun! We stepped out for portraits in between the rain breaks, and it cleared up just in time for the ceremony! Brittany and Joey had such a pretty wedding day! It was literally a dream.
